Terms and Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS (Domestic)
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FORM THE BUSINESS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE HOUSEHOLDER(S) AND CLEAN-ESSENCE (THE INTRODUCTORY BUSINESS).
Our services are offered at a rate from £19.50 per hour, reflecting the high standards, reliability, and professionalism associated with Clean-Essence. All pricing is fully transparent with no hidden extras, and a minimum booking of 2 hours per week applies.
Clean-Essence offers exceptional value across all areas we cover through carefully selected, experienced self-employed cleaners.
The hourly rate consists of:
* The Clean-Essence Retainer, and
* The self-employed cleaner’s hourly rate
The Retainer is payable quarterly by standing order to Clean-Essence, covering the introduction, administration, and ongoing support provided throughout the business agreement.
The remaining balance of the hourly rate is paid directly by the householder to the self-employed cleaner on a weekly basis, following each visit and completion of agreed duties.
